one of the best series ever!!! i loved these books, read them all!Definitely one of my favorite novels to borrow from the library as a child. I remember my favorite being the one about Maurecia, the girl who tried new ice cream flavors.
P.S. There is no Miss Zarves. There is no 19th floor, sorry.
This is the book (well, books. i think there were 3 total) that I remember most from my childhood. I loved them.
I’m jealous because the name of the series sounds familiar and I remember other kids talking about them, but I don’t remember ever checking them out myself. :( Maybe I’ll check them out under the guise of “getting them for my godchildren. Which, I mean, I am.
